China-ASEAN Information Harbor Lao Cloud Computing Center

China-ASEAN Information Harbor Lao Cloud Computing Center has successfully established as the first information project cooperated between China and Laos. Jointly established by CAIH and Lao Asia Pacific Satellite Co., Ltd., the Center is a new generation of cloud-enabled data center, serving as one of the key parts of China-ASEAN Information Harbor Planning. Based on excellent “basic cloud” infrastructure, the Center is able to create the ecological environment for “platform cloud” and “application cloud” and boost the research and application of “platform cloud” and “application cloud” for big data and smart city, which will contribute to the development of digital projects including smart city, cloud computing, big data and IoT in Laos.
